I had just gotten a new car. Elegant 60Q Infinity 2 door sport. I knew the front end was low. Part of the sporty lines. I had such cars before; but I still misjudged a parking curb and scraped. Upset with myself, I went on the net and found Martin. That was at 4pm on a Friday. He was over the very next day, spent hours to make her perfect again...In these times, let’s face it, all our moods are fragile. And even little life disturbances can be upsetting. Martin put the smile back on my face.
Martin did an outstanding job repairing a scratch left after another company tried to repair a bumper dented in a parking lot. The paint match is perfect and you would never even know there was any damage. Martin was courteous, honest about what he could and couldn’t do, and prompt. In the end, he underpromised and over delivered, which is always the way to go. Martin is an outstanding representative and asset to the company, and I will definitely use your company again and recommend Martin to anyone. Thank you!
